Consent to Receive News and Updates
This consent is not a condition of joining the waitlist. The user gives it only by selecting a separate unchecked checkbox and confirming the email address.

Purpose and content of messages
Consent covers processing the email address, language, form source and consent events to send company news and service updates. Messages are sent from news@ausu.kz without tracking pixels.
Confirmation
A service message is sent after the form is submitted. Opening the link does not activate the subscription automatically: the user must click “Confirm”. If the separate news checkbox was not selected, no news subscription is created.
Term and withdrawal
Consent remains valid until withdrawn, but no longer than three years from confirmation. Every news message includes an unsubscribe link. Consent may also be withdrawn by emailing info@ausu.kz from the subscribed address. Unsubscribing from news does not cancel a separately confirmed one-time launch notification.
Storage and delivery
- Technical processing in Kazakhstan: Internet Company PS LLP — database storage and outgoing mail on PS.kz infrastructure.
- Delivery to the recipient: the email address and message content may be processed by the mail provider chosen by the user, including a provider outside Kazakhstan.
