Consent to Data Processing for the Waitlist
By selecting the required checkbox, submitting the form and then clicking “Confirm email” on the page opened from the message, the user freely and voluntarily gives the following consent in their own interest.

Data subject: the person who enters an email address in the waitlist form and confirms it through the message.

Data covered
- email address;
- form language and source, date and time, and consent version;
- a short-lived irreversible technical identifier used to protect the form from abuse, without storing the original IP address.
Permitted processing and purpose
Consent covers collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, correction and use for sending a service confirmation message, verifying that the user controls the email address, maintaining the waitlist and sending one notification when Ausu starts operating, followed by restriction and deletion of the data. Regular news or promotional mailings are not included in this purpose. The service confirmation and one launch notification are sent from info@ausu.kz.
How the address is confirmed
After the form is submitted, Ausu sends a service message containing a one-time link. Opening the link alone does not change anything: the user must separately click the confirmation button. Until then, the record remains unconfirmed and is not used for the launch notification.
Term
The confirmation token is valid for 24 hours, and unconfirmed data is deleted within 72 hours. After confirmation, consent remains valid until the notification is sent, but no later than 31 October 2026, or until consent is withdrawn, whichever comes first. After the notification is sent, the completed record is deleted within 30 calendar days.
Third parties and transfer
- Transfer to a third party: yes, to Internet Company PS LLP, solely to the extent required for technical storage on hosting infrastructure in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
- Message delivery: the email address and message content may be processed by the mail provider chosen by the user; its infrastructure may be located outside the Republic of Kazakhstan.
- Publication in publicly accessible sources: no.
Withdrawal
Consent may be withdrawn by emailing info@ausu.kz from the address added to the list. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it was received. Processing stops within the period required by law unless further retention is legally required.
